The Great Plaza at Penn’s Landing will be smoke/vape free for 2020.
Philly Pride adopted expanded-spectrum rainbow sunglasses for our 2020 PrideDay logo. The lenses of the glasses are transgender colors. The tag line “366 Days of Pride” refers to 2020 being a Leap Year.
Philly Pride is ready for OutFest 2019, Sunday, October 13.
For the first time in Philly Pride’s history, the parade will be televised. 6ABC will be filming our parade on June 9. It will be broadcast on Sunday, June 30, 1:00 p.m., following a 30 minute special on the anniversary of Stonewall.

We now have more groups in the Parade than ever before. We now have more groups at the Festival than ever before. Any groups wanting to participate on PrideDay will have to call our office. No more mail applications will be accepted. We thank everyone for making our 30th birthday so successful.
As this is our 30th birthday, we are honoring 4 performers from our community as Miss Philly LGBT pride that have been very loyal to us But never held a title as Miss Philly gay pride. In no particular order, they are Les Harrison, Sandy Beech, Finesse A. Ross, Marcello Brening Barrera.
The board has approved the logo for the 2018 PrideDay Parade and Festival. It features a rainbow skyline of Philadelphia with the OutFest Logo, Independence Hall, and the passing parade superimposed.
